For starters, try our Sugar Cane Shrimp, with Louisiana jumbo shrimp marinated in cane syrup, wrapped in bacon and fried till it's crispy. Oyster lovers can try Zak's Fried Louisiana Oyster tasting, which includes plump oysters deep fried then tossed in Buffalo sauce, Garlic sauce and Horseradish sauce!
