Description:

Paella is still not widely available around town, but it has made the jump from the few Mexican restaurants that offered it (usually in less-than-excellent form) to places like this. The Spanish rice dish, as well as its cousin fideua (same thing, but made with pasta), is made with great care and good ingredients. The tapas part of the menu has grown greatly, and can be made into a complete meal. Other entrees now rival the paella's goodness.
