This simple and traditional style of cooking gives their food an especially flavorful taste which is seldom found anywhere else. Preparing food with charcoal certainly is not the fastest way to do "fast food", but it is arguably the best.

Also unique to Bud's Broiler is their hot dogs and hickory smoked sauce. The charcoal broiled hot dogs are sliced into three sections and served on a toasted bun just like the hamburgers. The hickory smoked sauce is prepared from a secret recipe and could rival just about any good BBQ sauce. Do not be surprised if you find yourself getting attached to their food; Bud's Broiler could be the very reason so many people live in New Orleans!
